“I really liked this place when we moved into here. The longer we're here though we aren't too sure. They take of the property and it's always clean but they find any and every reason to fine you, claim that you haven't paid rent, put notes on your door for not doing so, etc. We have paid rent on time every month since being here and they still claim we are late and owe them a ton of money. We would love to move to a new place but we can't afford it. Winning free rent for life would help us out so much! With a baby on the way we need a bigger apartment!”

“These apartments are nice and in a great area and school district but it's a lot of small issues that start adding up. The paint inside is slapped all over the walls and floor. I constantly have to call maintenance to fix the closet doors. The inside of the tubes are peeling paint. The AC vents are connected to the neighbors so you can smell cigarette smoke or food they're cooking. There is no pantry and very little cabinet space. Available parking spaces is also an issue. They were reasonably priced but are going up on the rent.”
